The Design Process

It all starts with you dreaming about what a space could be… or sometimes you struggling to dream about what a space could be. That’s where we come in!

Our process begins with an initial, complementary phone consultation to determine what you are looking for, and discuss how we can help. Once we’ve landed on what package works best for you we will then book your first in person or zoom consultation! During this meeting we will walk through your space together, discuss your design style, timeline, and budget and figure out what our best move is going forward. That could be just a “shop your home” consultation where Ashley helps you utilize what you already have and give recommendations for future changes to your space. It also could be as in depth as helping create a space from scratch by working with contractors and subs for remodeling or construction, creating 3D renderings and mood boards, making selections, and sourcing all furnishings. However big or small your project, we would love to help. Please check out some of our residential and commercial packages below.

Residential Design Packages

  • We know that finding the right person to help with your home is a process. Our initial consultation is an opportunity for us to review your space with you, provide on the spot recommendations and suggestions, and build a custom package for your space following our meeting.

    • 1 hour meeting that includes suggestions and recommendations for your space/spaces.

    • Custom package created following our meeting.

  • ADI will create a custom mood board for your space. This includes incorporating items you plan to keep and giving you a vision for the space based on your preferred design aesthetic. 2D renderings and recommended dimensions for furnishings is included, along with a recommended itemized budget to complete the project.

  • A custom design package can be created to fit all of your design needs. Packages begin with a minimum of 10 hours and can include: space analysis and planning, interior selections, procurement and sourcing of materials, and project organization and communication.

    Can Include:

    • Space analysis and planning

    • Interior Selections

    • Procurement and sourcing

    • Project Organization and Communication

  • Install packages can include interior and exterior styling (like styling shelves), moving and arranging furniture, help assembling furniture and laying out rugs, hanging art work and window treatments, and last minute procurement requirements to ready the space (think styling materials).

    Can include:

    • Interior and Exterior Styling

    • Furnishing unpacking and placement

    • Last minute procurement requirements

    • Turn key ready

Commercial Design Packages

  • We know that finding the right person to help with your commercial project is a process. Our initial consultation is an opportunity for us to review your space with you, provide on the spot recommendations and suggestions, and build a custom package for your space following our meeting.

    • 1 hour meeting that includes gathering information about your use for the space, design goals, and needs.

    • Custom package created following our meeting.

  • This package is great for clients just looking for ideas for their space. It includes a zoom call to gather info about the space, a 2.5 hour in person consultation, and a detailed outline of recommendations and notes following our meeting.

    • Space Planning Recommendations

    • Color and Style Recommendations

    • 2.5 Hour Consultations

    • Detailed meeting outline

  • A custom design package can be created to fit all of your design needs. Packages begin with a minimum of 12 hours and can include: space analysis and planning, interior selections, procurement and sourcing of materials, and project organization and communication.
